IMPORTANT NOTICE!!!
Your credit card details (provided over the phone or email) are required in order to guarantee your booking/reservation. Payment for rooms and services can be made in cash, by credit card or bank transfer.
For bookings of more than two days or for more than two rooms we require a deposit or full payment before confirming the reservation.
All fields in the booking form must be filled out in order to confirm your reservation.
Cancellations of larger bookings are effective on the date written notice is received via Fax or e-mail in our office during normal business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
If a cancellation becomes necessary:
- Cancellations 7 days to the date of arrival will result in a forfeit of the total amount.
- Cancellation for any holiday reservation (Christmas, New Year's, Easter, and St. John's Day weeks, will result in the forfeit of the total amount.
- No refunds will be given for checking out early.
